Courses & drop-ins
If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will not be allowed to join class. For example, if the class starts at 7:30pm, the street door will not be buzzed open from 7:40pm onwards.

Taster Workshops
Students may arrive up to 20 minutes past the start of the workshop.

Open Studio
There is no late policy for Open Studio.

Changes

• Changes can be made up to 48 hours before the first class of a course by clicking on the “View/change” button in the confirmation email. The “Change” button can be found next to the name of the class you booked

Cancellations

• No refunds or studio credit will be provided for course cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the course, or in case of no-show.
• A fee of €5 per person applies for refunds for cancellations made 48 or more hours in advance of the first class of the course. You may opt for the full amount in studio credit instead by emailing admin@aerialcirque.org

Taster Workshops
Changes

• Date/time changes can be made within the 48 - 24 hour window prior to a workshop
• Participants must make changes on their own by clicking on the “View/change” button in the confirmation email before 48 hours or by emailing admin@aerialcirque.org within the 48-24 hour period prior to start of the workshop
• No changes can be made within a 24 hour window
• You may sell your space to a friend if you cannot attend. They will need to give the name of the original booking upon arrival

+ Absence Policy

Classes and courses are non-transferrable. If you miss a class, you can make it up in any Open Studio that's not booked out and you have until four weeks after your course finishes to use it. For more information on how to make up a class, please visit www.aerialcirque.org/faqs

You may not make up a missed Open Studio.

+ Health & Safety Guidelines

• A safety mattress must be placed under all aerial equipment before use at 2m or above.
• Do not train on aerial equipment by yourself.
• Never walk under someone up on the equipment.
• No jumping off equipment.
• No skill sharing.
• Students must keep a 30% energy reserve to safely descend from the aerial equipment.
• Practice low to the ground to gain understanding and confidence before bringing your practice higher into the air.
• Rigging can only be changed by trained staff.
• All students must complete a thorough warm up before moving onto the aerial equipment.
• Warm ups must include a thorough warm up of the shoulders.
• No zippers on leggings, jewellery, or watches allowed.
• No shoes to be worn in the studio spaces.
• Listen to your body and take responsibility for your safety and be aware of your body’s capabilities.
• Be conscious of spacial awareness and those training around you.
• All participants must have completed and signed a waiver.
• Participants train at their own risk.
